Refund Policy

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Digital Products: Refunds for digital courses or memberships are only provided if the product has not been accessed or downloaded. Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

In-Person Events: Refunds for in-person masterclasses or events are available if requested at least 14 days before the scheduled event date. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial use of the subscription period.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non refundable:

Products or services that have been accessed, downloaded or used.

Customised or personalised services such as mentoring that has already started.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@stehamilton.com with your details and reason for the request. Refund requests will be reviewed and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.

Exchanges

If you have changed your mind about something we offer and would like to exchange it for another offering of equal or lesser value, please contact our team to discuss available options. An example of this would be changing an online deal sourcing course, for an online BRRR course.

Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
