Who am i?
STE HAMILTON
I have over 10 years of experience within the property industry.
I started out with single buy to lets and started to build my portfolio.
After a few years I decided it was time to try new strategies. I wanted to create homes that people would be proud of and I wanted to be able to say, I built that, so I started to flip houses.
Then came my next step into HMO'S which I believe are a great asset to any portfolio, if bought right. I was soon on to flat conversions also known as mulitblocks and then onto commercial to residential.
I have recently acquired a few parcels of land ready to jump into the ground up development world. I have always taken one step at a time. For now, the journey continues and I'm super excited to see what is next.
